Selling a Special Character Accommodation Business:
The ultimate success of a business cycle is to sell the business as a going concern. The resale market is evolving and there is no "rule of thumb" to allow a quick assessment of value. The major difficulty when selling is establishing the true value of the business. The other major factor is the method of sale and where the property should be advertised.
